Why text OCR scrambles tables
Phone and OS text-recognition features read text line by line. On a table, that interleaves columns or collapses them into one. Sheetshot uses word positions to rebuild rows and columns, so the structure survives the copy.
The result pastes as tab-separated rows, which every spreadsheet app splits into cells automatically.
